How to repurpose one piece into ten

A single well-researched article contains enough raw material for a dozen formats. Most teams publish once and waste the rest.

The expensive part of content is the thinking and research. Once that's done, publishing it in a single format leaves most of the value on the table. The same core can power many pieces across formats and channels.

One core, many shapes

A deep article can become a short summary, a set of social posts, an email, a video script, a slide, a checklist, and an FAQ — each reaching a different audience in a different place. The research was already paid for; repurposing is mostly reformatting.

Systematize it

Treat repurposing as a step in the pipeline, not an occasional afterthought. When the system expects every major piece to spawn its variants, you multiply output without multiplying research. That's leverage.

Do the research once. Publish it ten ways. The thinking is the cost; the formats are nearly free.

Most operations are behind where they could be.
