Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our work, contact us, and read our published materials. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, circumvent security, scrape content for republishing, or use automated systems beyond standard search crawling.
Our services
When you engage papingu for client work, the scope, fees, and obligations are governed by a separate written agreement (a statement of work or master services agreement). Nothing on this Site is itself a binding offer of services.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, layouts, logos, and code — are owned by papingu or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share short quotations with attribution, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial portions without our written permission.

The Site may link to external sites that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimers

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, papingu and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed €100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Prishtina.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always at this URL, with the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.
